Hi I am new here... I am going to be a 1st time Grandfather.....My daughter is 20 weeks pregnant, we just found out 2 days ago that her baby boy has Myelo SB L2
also Hydrocephalus, club foot, chiari II, we were told this is the most severe form of SB, also we were told her unborn son will probably never walk, will have sexual problems, and will be unable to urinate and defecate on his own. We are at a total loss as what to do. They way her doctor was talking, it seemed as though they were insinuating that terminating her pregnancy would be the best option, we are at a loss, and dont know where to turn, or who to talk to, ANY information, or personal experience would be GREATLY appreciated, by the way, we DID get a 2nd opinion, and were basically told the same exact things.
