The latest on my baby....

I got the results from my amnio back today and all of the chromosomes look normal :). I then stopped by my OB's office after work, because there was concern about the kidneys having little to no function - I was especially concerned because I just had an amnio on Thurs and was scared to death that there would be no fluid left - but upon todays ultrasound the fluid levels were normal, which means the kidneys must be functioning or there would be low to no fluid. My OB also said that she saw no signs of hydrocephalus - said the ventricles were a bit swollen, but no water on the brain. Then she got the cutest profile shot of my baby girl - gawd she is gorgeous - her head is so perfectly shaped - Im in love. I have to say today was a good day, although I am still on pins and needles, I am just taking it one day at a time - I needed to hear some good news.

Im so happy to hear you had a good day, with wonderful news! Continue to keep your faith, and hope where it belongs. I will keep you in our prayers. We go next week on the 11th for another ultrasound. So hopefully the same good news you recieved. We are still praying there isnt fluid on our sons head. Keep your head up high!

i have two children, i have sbo. both my children were fine and both was 9lb 3 oz, which is a good wieght considering i am only 5foot 2 inches
