Very cool! We just got Analise a TiLite and really like it. Of course, it's not even close to this one.

I saw one right before they came out with them. It was the most gorgeous chair I have ever seen. I knew it was a Ti but at that time was confused because the Quickie rep that works with my company was the one that had it. Lets just say I begged everyone I work for to let me use one as a demo. I wasn't allowed to unless I bought it though...hehe. Going to try that trick again because we are going into the mini van business! I love TiSport though. My next chair will be one. Even if I have to pay for it.

In my dreams Gymp!

Open the site again, click on "Order" and see that life ain't fair!
Just the frame alone costs about 2 year's rent and groceries or 6 times as much as my car!

Summer are you sure you saw one of this exact model?
"Before they came out" doesn't make sense.
This is a limited edition model built to order only, I find it hard to believe that there are "demo" examples in circulation.

Niiiiiccceeee.............

Carter has a Ti and a Colours...

funny thing is that I love the Colours and he much prefers the Ti. But since I am not the one sitting in it, he wins, LOL.

He needs a new chair already after 2 years, think insurance will buy us this??? :P

Depends on your insurance. My insurance had a fit when I needed a new wheelchair. Now mind you, I only need a new manual wheelchair about once every 5-8 years. This time around it had been 8 years since my last manual wheelchair. However, we managed to get me a power chair in between there for me to go to college. (The campus isn't that big, but with the heat sensitivity from the Ditropan, pushing two city blocks in south Louisiana summer didn't seem like a good idea.) Well anyway, it had been 4-5 years since the power chair was bought and the insurance and Medicaid had a fit. Long story short, we managed to get them to pay for it in the long run, but it was a long hard road. Make sure you have your doctor document everything and even write a letter to Medicaid or the insurance company, whoever's griping and make sure they know that it's necessary that your son has a new wheelchair.

Depends on his insurance. It also depends on how much of it is extra stuff. Like the tattoo on it. If they have to pay extra, then they probably won't. If he has medicaid it is also very hard to get them to pay for a titanium chair now a days. The wheelchair company will probably just try to grow his chair which they will have no problem getting funding for.

Yup, I know for a fact it was that chair. The tattoos on it and everything. Even with the Ti emblem on the back. I was told it was a demo and wasn't for sale after I asked. It was too small for me anyways. I however, would have tried to fit in it...lol.
